June 2025: Speaking From the Heart
Welcome to the month of June with the pending celebration in most cultures, of the longest day of the year, sometimes called summer solstice. This month is all about the ability to compassionately heal the self, and by doing so, change and raise the vibration for not just the self but also for others. It is a fresh rebirth of consciousness and heart at this time.

The roller coaster changes occurring in the world right now seem so daunting. This is an ending time leading to new beginnings. It is a time full of potential to elevate to a more conscious, intuitive, abundant, nurturing energy for those ready to embrace an interesting new universe.
Old personal stories will repeatedly move through our lives, but this time, if they can be addressed straight on and observed, then feelings associated with outdated patterns will be less of a trigger, having less and less power over us with each resurfacing of those memories.
Notice the media outlets, they are losing the grip in their spin and spiral of fear now. The attraction to fear is decreasing, the attachment to the old triggers has less of a grip. And as we are able to heal our individual selves, we then heal others. It is a simple matter of physics. That which we focus on and give our attention to, GROWS.
How can we manage this shift this month? Notice that within this chaos, there is time for a reset by quietly imagining one or two things that are aspects of love in the heart right now that can break that hold of fear.
Find a small focus to teach us the steps needed for self-awareness. This might be the month to do something for the home, like reorganizing a closet as a heart-felt meditation in movement, for example. When working on a mindful task, what is the feeling? This very concrete assignment can be a tapping into our next level of consciousness and awareness.
The last step: Can we take in curiosity and beauty in these intuitive task-oriented moments? Can we see the triggers that bubble up as obsolete? It is important to realize that we are just as likely to feel others’ issues as our own as we breathe and practice motion in meditation… so, let go.
Generate a sense of love, and through this heart felt emotion, develop an action plan to spread that love and grace while protecting the self. Imagine our bodies having an arc line over the head as well as across the heart like a divine shield.
Seek out support of the brave and hopeful through new media outlets that have fewer controlling messages. They are beginning to show up. If a media outlet brings on fear, keep looking for a better potential… Then stay with these new outlets at least for now, knowing that these fresh modalities are now growing enormously as we grow.
Find ways to celebrate hope and joy as these are both contagious, inspiring emotions. Joy is a superpower for higher level change and elevated consciousness.
Nurture the whole self with quiet breath in nature. Tune into the body as the messenger and barometer for an amazing energetic upgrade and DANCE!!!
