You will first be interviewed to be participating in powerful research designed to provide the best methods for adolescents and adults to find their way in our ever changing and chaotic world. I have gone through this research program and absolutely learned so much about so many things in my life.
There is no cost to you as a research participant.

2. For those who know my work, I have reached a place in my ever evolving energetic healing journey where it is now time for me to pause a minute, regroup my life and career moving forward.
I am leaving Essential Family Health and Wellness as primary care at the end of October and possibly return in the spring of 2027 to teach classes and offer energetic healing treatments.
I will be off work for November and December, planning the next steps in my journey of healing and service.
