July 2026: Inner Vision to Navigate Exhaustion
July has been one more of those months that lends itself toward a feeling of walking through deep mud. It has been a month of roller coaster emotions, so much confusion, mis-used words, even computer glitches once again.
Mercury was playing its quarterly game of confusing and misunderstanding any external communications. Interestingly, this month also provided hope for inner wisdom to hold us more than ever. So again, that introspective inner vision has been called for, driven this month with the help of the pineal gland related to the 7th chakra.
If we notice more emotional swings than normal, then it simply means that we are in a perfect position to seek and imagine miracles already subtly occurring all around us. Higher power, whatever that means to us, and not what someone or something says it is for us, is a gateway to transcendence and peace within the self.
The key is to take in dedicated slow time to see small bits of beauty in nature, get feet into the earth and water for a little bit each day. And from that place of grounded breath, engage in a new level up way of thought. Remember: that which is thought is expanded. This divine expression of ourselves clears the mind to speak with heart, and access higher level engagement in the world.
